Children’s rates:

up to the age of 4 children are free when sharing a room with their parents
(only possible in the deluxe rooms)

4 to 6 years of age € 28,- / night

7 to 13 years of age € 38,- / night

from 13th March a child up to the age of 14 sharing a room with his/her parents holidays FREE, additional children (also sharing with their parents) are given a 50% reduction

Reductions:

for a third or fourth adult in a room a 20% reduction per extra person is offered in deluxe double rooms

Half-board includes:

breakfast buffet with organic food corner, fresh salad and hors d’oeuvres buffet daily, themed evening buffets including show-cooking,  choice of cheese or desert

Single room:

If you book a double room for single occupancy we charge a supplement of 50 % per night

Short stays:

a supplement of between € 5,- and € 10,- per person / night is charged

Car parking:

Garage space € 7,- per day

Pets:

pets are welcome, dogs € 8,- per night without food.

Deposit:

Deposit and cancellation charge per person € 150,--

As soon as we receive your deposit the booking is considered to be binding. In the case of a delayed arrival or premature departure we charge 70% of the daily rate.

Cancellation charges:

in the case of a cancellation we reserve the right to keep the deposit. In the case of a premature departure the room rate will be charged for the number of nights books whereby the non-consumed meals will be deducted.
