For a short stay up to 4 nights we charge a surcharge of € 10,- per person and day.
In the family suites we charge a surcharge for a 4th person and
in the apartment for a 5. and 6th person.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES & CONDITIONS:
- Arrival & Departure: Check-In from 15.00 h, Check-Out until 10.00 h
- Late Check-Out: We charge 50% of the room rate
- Discount: For a third and fourth adult person 20% discount in DZ-DeLuxe.
- Pets: Dogs are welcome – we charge € 9,- per day and four-legged friend.
- Reduction for children valid in room with parents from 2 full paying guests
- up to 3 years 100% discount
- 4 to 6 years 70% discount
- 7 to 13 years 50% discount
- from 14 years 20% discount
PARKING:
Parking spaces are available to our guests in the parking garage center for € 15,- per day for cars up to a height of 2,03m. Vehicles over a height of 2.03m can be parked in our country house (10 minutes’ walk from the hotel).
RESTAURANT:
In our à la carte restaurant we serve regional dishes and game dishes from our own hunting.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Deposit: we charge 50% of the vacation price per person

Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered binding. The conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
- up to 30 days before arrival free of charge
- up to 14 days before arrival 50%
- and until the day of arrival 100%
In order to be able to book without worries, we are happy to offer you travel insurance with your reservation.
